Banana & Coconut Dessert

BalletFriends Nutrition - Dessert

Type: Dessert
Serves 2
Time - 5 Minutes (plus 10 minutes resting)
Ingredients
100ml almond milk
150ml coconut cream
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 banana, peeled
50 grams rolled oats
1 tsp of honey
1 sprig of fresh mint
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender (except the mint) and blend for around 1 minute.
2. Pour the emulsified liquid into dessert bowls (or glasses) and allow to rest to thicken at room temperature for 10 minutes.
To serve, 
Top with sliced banana, mint leafs and a drizzle of honey.
