Serves 1 

Time - 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 bagel, sliced in half
2 tbsp of 100% peanut butter
1 ripe banana, pealed and sliced 
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of strawberries 
2 tsp of runny honey
1 tsp chia seeds

Method

Toast the bagel for a few minutes until golden brown on each side. Spread the peanut butter evenly across both slices and layer the banana segments across, followed by berries of your choice. 

To serve, 

Drizzle with honey, scatter with chia seeds and enjoy this simple energising breakfast!
